Every new user gets 3 free portraits — full quality, all seven studios unlocked, no account and no card required. Once you've used them, a subscription unlocks more: 30 portraits a week on the weekly plan, or 25 a month on the yearly plan.

Subscriptions are billed by Apple through your App Store account — Fluffington never handles your payment details. The prices shown in the app at checkout are the source of truth.

To cancel: open Settings on your iPhone → your name → Subscriptions → Fluffington, then tap Cancel. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for. Refund requests also go through Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.

The model is forgiving, but a few things help:

• Face clearly visible — eyes and snout in frame, not mid-zoomies.
• Decent light — daylight beats a dim hallway.
• One pet per photo — each monarch deserves their own sitting.
• Closer is better — head and shoulders beat a distant speck on the lawn.

Dogs, cats — all are welcome at court.

On your device, and only your device — there are no accounts and no cloud library. If you're deleting the app or switching phones, save the portraits you love to your photo library first.
